Jorge A. Dominicis

President, GEO Care, Inc.

Mr. Dominicis joined The GEO Group, Inc. in 2004 as a Senior Vice President and President of GEO Care, Inc. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of The GEO Group). He is responsible for the overall management, administrative, and business development activities of GEO Care and The GEO Group's treatment and monitoring operations. These operations include all services delivered in GEO treatment and reentry facilities, electronic monitoring, and correctional health services. During his tenure, GEO Care has increased revenue eleven fold, including approximately $100 million in annualized organic revenue growth and over $300 million in revenue from acquired operations. Prior to joining The GEO Group, Mr. Dominicis served for 14 years as Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Florida Crystals Corporation, where he was responsible for all governmental and public affairs activity at the local, state, and federal level, as well as for the coordination of community outreach and charitable involvement. Mr. Dominicis also has served in various public and government policy positions.
