Family Case Management Program (FCMP)
On January 21, 2016, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) launched FCMP, a new community-based alternative to detention initiative. GEO Care serves as the program’s umbrella provider, implementing some case management services directly, and building partnership networks with local community organizations that also provide immigration assistance expertise and services. Qualified FCMP case managers ensure participant compliance with immigration obligations, and provide access to holistic services tailored to meet individual families' medical, emotional, and social needs. FCMP promotes participant engagement and compliance, and includes ICE check-ins, court appearances, and compliance with final orders of removal.
Intensive Supervision Appearance Program (ISAP)
Since inception in 2004, BI Incorporated has operated ISAP for the Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO). ISAP staff provide case management and supervision services appropriate for non-detained individuals involved in immigration proceedings. ISAP meets ERO objectives and achieves positive results by combining comprehensive case management with proven supervision technology. ISAP is an essential part of ERO, providing intensive supervision of individuals released to the community while they are involved with the U.S. immigration court system. In addition, BI continues to expand our extensive list of community-based partners that provide critical assistance for participants' basic life needs. After more than eleven years of positive outcomes, ISAP continues to grow and evolve, serving an ever-increasing number of participants - including higher-risk offenders - across a rapidly expanding geographical range.
